Holm Automotive Center is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist to join our growing team in Abilene. Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and used vehicles
Handle phone leads and inbound sales calls
Work directly with walk-in showroom customers
Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
Explain features, trims, technology, safety systems, and manufacturer warranties
Build rapport and follow up with prospective buyers via phone, text, and email using CRM tools
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to financing
Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads to appointments and appointments to sales
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a high customer satisfaction rating
Maintain product knowledge on new and pre‑owned inventory
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Sales experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Customer‑focused mindset
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver’s license
Self‑motivated and performance driven
