Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Manufacturing)

Role Overview We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to support demand generation and content visibility for our B2B machine manufacturing business. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to build deep skills in
industrial SEO, content marketing, and paid digital campaigns .
You will refine and execute marketing that support long sales cycles, technical buyers, and high-value capital equipment purchases. You’ll work directly with Marketing Director and engineering teams to create content that explains how our machines work, how manufacturing problems are solved, and how automation helps food, beverage, and product companies run better. You’ll be working with family of companies which Excelis owns, creating content about real machines solving real production problems.
If you’re curious about engineering, technology, and how complex products are marketed, this role offers hands‑on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities SEO & Content Marketing
Execute on-page SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, keyword optimization)
Publish and optimize blog posts, case studies, and landing pages
Support content planning around machine applications, industries, and buyer questions
Use tools like Google Search Console and basic SEO platforms to monitor performance
Paid Digital Campaigns
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
AI‑assisted ad platforms
(Performance Max, LinkedIn AI optimization, etc.)
Write and test ad copy for technical B2B audiences
Monitor performance, and basic conversion metrics
Support landing page alignment and conversion optimization
Social Media (B2B‑Focused)
Create and schedule organic social posts (primarily LinkedIn)
Repurpose content from blogs, videos, and trade shows
Support employer brand and thought leadership initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance and website metrics
Prepare simple monthly reports on traffic, leads, and engagement
Maintain clean marketing data in CRM and marketing platforms (Zoho, SquareSpace, WordPress)
Brand Marketing, Trade Show & Sales Support
Help prepare content for trade shows, assist with pre and post‑show campaigns.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and accuracy standards
Coordinate with sales on content and lead handoff
Help prepare for product launches, and internal communications
Who Should Apply
1–3 years experience in digital marketing (Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B preferred)
Has hands‑on experience with: SEO fundamentals, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
CRM Buyer Journey Development and familiarity with CRM (Zoho)
Website platforms (Squarespace and WordPress)
Strong writing skills for technical or professional audiences
Comfortable working with analytics and performance data
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

The Marketing Specialist role is a new position, in a small company with 4 sub brands, so there is lots of variety and independence.
