Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Representative role. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying potential clients, phone prospecting, email prospecting, generating leads, and cultivating strong relationships to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting outreach and prospecting, communicating effectively with potential clients, setting appointments for outside sales representatives, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
Qualifications
Skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development, with a focus on identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Experience in Lead Generation and cultivating long‑term business relationships.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients and articulate solutions effectively.
Strong ability to collaborate within a team‑oriented sales environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with a focus on achieving targets.
