Sales Support Professional - East

Responsibilities
Support internal and external customers through the validation and booking of DX Sales contracts and instrument orders in the Siemens ERP platform (SAP)
Manage the Siemens DX contract portfolio, including but not limited to:
All activities & associated supplemental changes to contracts over the term of the contract
Contract renewal and extensions
Contract inquiries from both internal and external customers
Annual price increases
Review and resolution of customer pricing disputes
Maintain accuracy of books and records by ensuring compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies
Qualifications
Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem‑solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate with /consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes
Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of related experience
Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem‑solving skills effectively; ability to operate independently, make decisions and recommend resolutions
Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to multi‑task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines
Adaptable to change

Base Pay Range $63,620 - $87,472
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
