What You’ll Do
Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy leveraging support tools such as a content calendar to align with business goals and audience needs
Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and audience-relevant content by developing content internally and managing the end-to-end content development process
Establish and enforce content development processes to ensure consistency and excellence across all materials for both Tensar and Geopier brands
Serve as content SME during campaign strategy development and partner with Marketing Manager to develop campaign assets on time and within schedule
Edit, proofread, and enhance content for SEO, readability, and conversion effectiveness
Define content goals and key performance indicators in partnership with the Marketing Director. Track, analyze, and report on content effectiveness
Lead and coordinate freelance writers, designers, and proofreaders to produce compelling content that reflects brand voice and tone while balancing
Partner with internal teams to gather insights, generate ideas, and develop impactful content that supports business objectives
Promote a culture of creativity and excellence in content marketing while staying current with emerging trends and best practices
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to refine content strategies and recommend enhancements
Uphold brand standards across all external communications and content touchpoints
What You’ll Need
6-8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience is a plus
Proactive mindset focused on enhancing processes and interactions
Provide strong leadership to the team and demonstrating the company’s values and leadership behavior framework
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish strong partnerships with all levels of management
Ability to influence, motivate and direct a large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly in to this position
Ability to formulate and execute customer communication strategies in all aspects of the marketing mix
Knowledge of Monday.com or other similar project management tools
Excellent project management skills; motivated to handle multiple complex projects and adhere to deadlines and project plans
Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud a plus
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience. Master of Business Administration a plus
