What You'll Do
Serve as the primary executive level point of contact for these accounts, leading negotiations and relationship management at the C suite and senior decision maker level
Develop and execute multi year key account strategies that expand Anchoring's share of wallet, influence specifications, and deepen customer dependency
Build, maintain, and convert a balanced pipeline of near term and long cycle opportunities, supported by accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM execution
Lead high level commercial negotiations, including pricing frameworks, master agreements, long term supply arrangements, and strategic partnerships
Identify, pursue, and advance new Tier 1 customers that represent significant market share and revenue "needle movers"
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management to ensure commercial commitments are executable, profitable, and aligned with long term strategy
Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable for performance, execution, and results using EOS LMA (Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable) principles
What You'll Need
General construction industry experience required, with a strong understanding of construction workflows, project delivery, and commercial decision making
Demonstrated success owning and growing large, strategic B2B accounts with complex stakeholder environments
Proven ability to operate effectively at the C suite and executive decision maker level, including high stakes negotiations
Deep understanding of sales process discipline, long cycle opportunity management, and forecasting accuracy
High level of commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and deal structure
Ability to lead through influence rather than authority in cross functional environments
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard business tools
Your Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
