Pay Range $51/hr - $53/hr.

Location Boston, MA 02114 (Hybrid)

Role Overview Client is seeking a highly experienced social media professional to join the Global Social Media team and support during a maternity leave. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role for a senior social media professional who lives and breathes culture, understands the what's next in social.

You’ll own content development, publishing, community engagement, and social listening across priority global platforms—helping shape brand voice and drive meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities Content Development

Conceptualize and create compelling, social‑first content that brings key brand stories to life across social media platform.

Platform Management

Manage scheduling and publishing across global social channels.

Maintain daily channel hygiene, including bios, links, highlights, playlists, and other platform features.

Community Building & Management

Actively engage with followers by monitoring, responding, and participating in conversations.

Help grow and nurture global social communities.

Monitor sentiment, trends, and cultural moments across the social ecosystem.

Identify opportunities to react, participate, and elevate relevant conversations.

Social Listening

Monitor sentiment, trends, and cultural moments across the social ecosystem.

Identify opportunities to react, participate, and elevate relevant conversations.

Brand Voice

Maintain and evolve tone of voice across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and global standards.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with internal partners (Brand, Creative, Comms) and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class social execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of experience in a senior or higher social media role working with top global brands.

Expert‑level knowledge of social media platforms.

Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and the role social platforms play within it.

Strong passion for streetwear, fashion, sports, art, music, and pop culture.

Proven experience managing brand social accounts and executing high‑impact community engagement strategies.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to and embody a brand’s tone of voice.

High creative standards, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment and can deliver under tight timelines.
