Design for one of the most influential names in contemporary streetwear. As a Designer, Off-White Womenswear, you will shape seasonal collections that push the boundaries of luxury and street culture while reaching a global audience.
Reporting to the Design Director, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing elevated product that reflects Off-White’s distinct design language and cultural relevance. From initial concept through final production approval, you will lead the design process with clarity and precision — balancing bold creative vision with strong commercial awareness.
Working cross-functionally with Design, Art, Sales, Production, and Merchandising, you will translate cultural insight into refined, globally distributed product that reinforces Off-White’s position at the forefront of modern luxury streetwear.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design seasonal collections and capsule drops that embody Off-White’s elevated streetwear perspective while driving innovation and global relevance.
Partner closely with the Design Director to shape seasonal narratives, mood boards, and concept frameworks that articulate a distinct point of view across color, fabrication, silhouette, and graphic storytelling.
Own material and fabrication research, identifying elevated fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes that drive seasonal product direction and reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning.
Translate creative concepts into refined, production-ready garments with strong attention to construction, proportion, and detail.
Lead design development from initial sketch through final sample approval, ensuring execution aligns with creative intent and brand standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, and global vendor partners to ensure product integrity, quality, and on‑time delivery.
Champion innovation in silhouette, fabrication, and finish — continuously pushing the product forward while honoring the brand’s DNA.
Maintain a deep understanding of global streetwear culture, luxury fashion movements, and consumer behavior to inform commercially impactful design decisions.
Manage multiple seasons simultaneously within a fast‑paced calendar, balancing creativity with operational excellence.
Leverage advanced AI‑driven design tools, including Straight Lines AI, to support concept development, category exploration, and workflow optimization. Mamiye Brothers is an early adopter and industry pioneer in integrating AI into the fashion design process, using technology to enhance creativity, accelerate development, and drive innovation responsibly.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
4–7 years of professional experience in streetwear
Strong portfolio showcasing original, streetwear-driven designs and illustrations
Deep understanding of streetwear culture, trends, subcultures, and brand aesthetics
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with PLM systems
Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI‑driven creative tools within the design process is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
