Job Summary This role supports the Loan Workout organization by performing quality assurance reviews on physical legal documents for customers involved in civil legal matters. The specialist will validate accuracy, state‑specific requirements, and proper notarization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of legal document structures, and the ability to work fully onsite reviewing documents, verifying information, and supporting the team’s compliance‑driven processes.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Confirm alignment between documents and corresponding paperwork
Validate notarization and verify state‑specific legal requirements
Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed
Test information prior to sending to third‑party legal partners
Maintain high accuracy standards while handling sensitive legal materials
Communicate findings and elevate discrepancies
Use MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams for documentation and workflow management
