CRM Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous CRM Specialist to support our dynamic marketing and business development team. This role will help facilitate day-to-day operations, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system management and maintenance, quality assurance, and quality control, and coordinating administrative tasks. Essential duties/responsibilities included but not limited to: Maintain and update the firm's CRM system with client and project information. Data entry, constantly working to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coordinate opportunity tracking and pipeline follow-up. Ensure proposal accuracy and quality prior to submission. Update and maintain department master spreadsheets and templates. Help gather and organize data for reports, presentations, and analysis. Assist in organizing department files. Other administrative tasks may be requested by the marketing and business development team. Qualifications/skills: Detail oriented and highly organized. Database management and CRM experience, preferably Unanet CRM by Cosential or Deltek Vantagepoint CRM. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign) is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the administrative, business development and/or marketing fields. Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable demeanor and discretion. Education/experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM administration, database management, marketing/business development support, or a related administrative role preferred.
