
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving the delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills/Qualifications Required
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a vehicle exceeding 10,000 lbs. This includes:
Active driver's license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.

The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
A strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team environment to meet goals.
