About the Role We’re seeking a creative and passionate Tik Tok Coordinator/Intern that can work closely with our founder on a Tik Tok strategy and creating the daily content needed to drive brand awareness and growth on the platform. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, has their finger on the pulse of digital trends & beauty, and is excited to build authentic connections with our community while elevating our brand presence on Tik Tok & Instagram.
Key Responsibilities Community Building & Engagement Monitor brand mentions, comments, and messages across Tik Tok & Instagram and foster genuine relationships with our online community through thoughtful interactions and responses Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and potential collaboration partners MBB can work with to source in-store & UGC content from.
Content Creation & Strategy Develop compelling, on‑brand content for Tik Tok & Instagram Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them to create viral, shareable brand content Create visually videos that drive engagement Plan and execute content calendars with consistent posting schedules Maintain brand consistency across copywriting and visuals
Analytics & Growth Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities A/B test different content formats, posting times, and engagement strategies
What We’re Looking for Essential Skills Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience) Basic video editing skills (In-app, CapCut, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Personal Qualities Genuine passion for social media and digital culture Naturally curious about trends, memes, and what makes content shareable Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic online relationships Adaptable and quick to learn new platforms and features Self‑motivated with strong time management skills Collaborative team player with positive attitude
