The role: Digital Marketing Specialist Active Concepts is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute strategic digital initiatives that elevate our brand and drive commercial growth. This role will be responsible for managing digital channels, developing engaging content, supporting ingredient launches, and optimizing campaign performance across platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, has experience in B2B marketing, and can translate technical, science-based information into compelling digital storytelling.
This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with Sales and R&D to ensure alignment across commercial and technical priorities. The role is based on site at our Lincolnton, North Carolina offices.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to support ingredient launches, brand positioning, and commercial initiatives.
Create and schedule content across digital channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry platforms.
Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Technical Marketing teams to translate technical information into clear, compelling digital content.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with company messaging and visual identity.
Manage and optimize website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and alignment with current marketing priorities.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (Google Analytics, email KPIs, social engagement), providing actionable insights and reporting.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools relevant to B2B and personal care markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Experience supporting product launches or ingredient marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
