Senior Manager- Product Development & Marketing

This is a highly strategic and hands‑on role, owning the product lifecycle from concept through to commercial launch within a client‑driven, B2B environment.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing insight, formulation direction, and client strategy, shaping pipelines that deliver on performance, trend relevance, and commercial success.

The Role

  • Lead end‑to‑end product development from ideation through commercialization
  • Build category‑driven product strategies aligned to client objectives and technical feasibility
  • Develop compelling product briefs, shade assortments, and positioning frameworks
  • Define performance targets, claims direction, and ingredient positioning
  • Monitor trends across textures, actives, packaging, and emerging technologies
  • Act as a strategic partner to R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Sales, and external clients
  • Analyse market performance and client feedback to inform future pipeline decisions
  • Mentor and develop a small team within a fast‑paced innovation environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in product development and/or marketing within personal care or color cosmetics
  • Strong understanding of formulation principles, regulatory considerations, and claims development
  • Experience operating within a ODM/CDMO or B2B beauty manufacturing setting
  • Commercially minded with a strong sensibility for texture, shade, and product detail
  • Confident leading cross‑functional and client‑facing projects
  • Trend‑aware, consumer‑focused, and forward‑thinking
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a high‑growth environment
