Customs Entry Writer / FTZ Specialist | Atlanta, Georgia | Up to $65,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and filing customs entries, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and managing operations within a Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file U.S. customs entries accurately and timely, including ACE and ABI filings.
Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, tariffs, and duties.
Manage and coordinate shipments within Foreign-Trade Zones, including zone admission, transfer, and export procedures.
Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, and clients regarding shipment status and compliance requirements.
Maintain detailed records and reporting for audits and internal compliance checks.
Assist in resolving customs or FTZ-related issues and discrepancies.
Stay current on updates to customs regulations and FTZ procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Customs Entry Writer or similar role in freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven expertise with FTZ operations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
Experience with ACE/ABI filing and other customs software systems.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively.
