About the Role We are seeking a data‑driven, creative, and technically skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Web Development Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our digital lead generation ecosystem.

The primary goal of this role is to design, build, and continuously optimize websites and digital assets that generate and convert high‑quality financing leads through SEO, chatbots, AI‑driven search visibility, and user experience improvements.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering competitive compensation (DOE) and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute CRO strategies to increase website lead volume and quality

Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics) and implement improvements

Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and chatbot flows

Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion performance

Support SEO initiatives and generative search visibility strategies

Monitor KPIs and produce performance reports with actionable insights

Web Development

Design, code, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications

Maintain and optimize existing WordPress sites

Build or customize WordPress themes and plugins

Convert Figma/Adobe XD mockups into functional HTML/CSS pages

Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end and back‑end issues

Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and strong UX

Design & Creative Support

Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, social media, and marketing campaigns (banners, icons, infographics)

Optimize images and digital assets for web performance

Collaborate with leadership and marketing to maintain brand consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field

Strong proficiency in:

HTML5

CSS3

JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with:

PHP and MySQL

WordPress development and customization

Working knowledge of responsive design principles

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Experience

Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

Basic JavaScript/jQuery for interactive elements

Familiarity with SEO best practices

Experience integrating chatbots or AI‑driven lead capture tools

Understanding of business finance or equipment financing industry

Experience supporting social media graphics and marketing assets
