We’re looking for a part‑time E‑Commerce Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN!

About The Job We’re hiring a part‑time E‑Commerce Specialist to support the day‑to‑day operations behind our online customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, logistics, and e‑commerce admin, and it’s the right fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers and the person keeping our back‑end operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience

Manage and respond to all inbound customer inquiries via Gorgias, including email and live chat

Triage tickets by urgency and type, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses

Handle order issues, shipping questions, product inquiries, and general support with care and consistency

Escalate complex issues appropriately and document patterns that surface recurring problems

Returns Processing

Process return and exchange requests end‑to‑end

Coordinate with our fulfillment partner as needed to resolve issues

Track return trends and flag anything worth escalating to the broader team

HQ Admin and Ordering

Place and manage supply and inventory orders for HQ operational needs

Keep internal tracking updated and communicate proactively when items are low or delayed

General E‑Commerce Support

Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks that support the e‑commerce team

Help maintain accurate product listings, order records, or other backend tasks as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, e‑commerce operations, or a similar role

Familiarity with Gorgias or similar helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

Strong written communication skills and a natural ability to represent a brand well in writing

Highly organized with the ability to manage a ticket queue without letting things pile up

Self‑directed and comfortable working independently in a part‑time, remote‑friendly capacity

Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus but not required

Logistics This is a part‑time role based in Nashville, TN, averaging 15‑20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling within core business hours.
