Overview Copywriters create bold, relevant, and culturally resonant ideas through language. You are a maker first—someone who believes strong ideas deserve sharp thinking and beautifully crafted words. As a Copywriter, you bring passion, precision, and fresh thinking to every assignment, building your strategic muscles while mastering your craft. You understand how to translate briefs into compelling language, how to elevate brand voice and storytelling, and how to push the work forward with clarity and creativity. Creative & Craft

Write copy across formats and channels, including headlines, taglines, manifestos, scripts, social content, and long‑form storytelling

Translate business objectives and strategic briefs into compelling verbal ideas

Elevate brand voice, tone, and storytelling behind every concept

Contribute strong verbal thinking to brainstorms, reviews, and creative development

Stay current on cultural, social, and industry trends—and apply them with purpose

Master and apply the agency’s HI × AI philosophy to enhance creative output

Maintain high standards of craft, clarity, and polish—even when timelines are tight

Client & Brand

Build deep knowledge of the client’s business, category, audience, and brand voice

Participate in client meetings to present, articulate, and sell ideas

Adapt concepts to meet client needs while protecting creative integrity

Build trust with clients through professionalism, preparation, and proactive thinking

Collaboration & Culture

Be a reliable partner to your Art Director and a trusted contributor across teams

Collaborate seamlessly with designers, strategists, motion partners, and producers

Show up to brainstorming, critiques, and reviews with ideas—and opinions

Qualifications We are looking for a talented copywriter ready to bring fresh thinking and strong storytelling skills to our team. Successful candidates should match the following requirements.

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or a related creative field

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but evaluated based on portfolio and potential

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; motion/video scripting is a plus

Ability to clearly communicate the rationale behind ideas and concepts

Passion for language, ideas, brands, and culture

Comfort collaborating across channels, formats, and disciplines

Compensation Compensation Range: $66,120 - $91,350/yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
