Become a Key Player as a Contractor for Creative Cloud B2B PMM– SMB/MM As a Contractor for Creative Cloud B2B PMM– SMB/MM, you will lead content strategy and production to drive SMB/MM adoption and expansion for the client’s Creative Cloud offering. You will partner with Go-to-Market, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to translate value propositions into sales-ready and customer-facing assets. Work model: Onsite in San Francisco.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Establish and drive content strategy tailored to SMB/MM segments and sales motions (upsell, cross-sell, seat expansion). Translate product value propositions into clear, compelling content for SMB/MM audiences. Create a range of sales and marketing content, including customer stories, infographics, blog posts, website copy, email/nurture copy, sales enablement decks, and one-pagers. Oversee full content production lifecycle: manage timelines, workflows, approvals, and multiple external agencies and internal teams. Refresh existing assets based on updated positioning, product changes, or market insights. Maintain project trackers and status documentation to ensure visibility and on-time delivery. Deliver 75 multi-format SMB/MM customer-facing content pieces and expand enablement materials across three routes to market. Develop a content publishing strategy and launch an internal library and cross-website experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s What Else Might Help You Out Experience managing multiple external agencies and cross-functional internal teams. Experience building internal content libraries and cross-website content strategies. Prior experience supporting sales enablement and route-to-market specific messaging.

Pay Range $61.97 - $77.46/hour
