As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (B2B SMB), you will translate product capabilities and customer needs into clear narratives that accelerate SMB sales motions and strengthen go-to-market alignment. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Enablement to influence messaging, enablement, and offering decisions. Work model: Hybrid, three days per week onsite. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

Craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target SMB creative personas and aligns to value drivers. Ensure messaging consistency across sales motions, web experiences, and customer-facing materials in partnership with other PMMs. Build and maintain enablement materials for SMB sales and support (narrative briefs, talk tracks, email templates, battlecards, competitive one-pagers). Train SMB Sales and Support teams on value propositions, differentiators, ideal customer profiles, and industry-specific messaging. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify messaging gaps and inform enablement priorities to improve deal velocity. Develop customer and competitive research roadmaps and execute studies with internal teams or external firms. Analyze customer behavior, adoption patterns, and churn signals with Analytics and Sales Ops; socialize insights to influence product and GTM strategy. Collaborate with Product Management and Enablement to support launches and align on audience strategy, messaging, and segmentation. Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

5–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related B2B SaaS roles, ideally focused on SMB segments. Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, or research-driven insights. Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity. Experience working directly with Sales teams and other customer-facing roles. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
