As a
Resident Experience & Engagement Specialist , you'll be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to anticipate needs, foster a sense of community, and coordinate seamless transitions will ensure a high standard of hospitality. By managing key aspects of the turnover process and cultivating meaningful connections, you'll help uphold the
Greco Seal of Approval , where every property has its own unique story and personality.
Summary: The Resident Experience & Engagement Specialist builds strong, positive relationships with residents and enhances their overall living experience. This role leads the resident events calendar and clubs, supports leasing activities, and actively tracks and responds to resident feedback. The Specialist leverages strong communication, technical, and organizational skills to stay engaged, approachable, and responsive, while networking with local partners and vendors to bring unique services, programs, and experiences to the community.
Duties & Responsibilities: Resident Experience & Retention
Works closely with the General Manager to ensure a curated exceptional resident experience from moving-in to moving-out.
Coordinates and facilitates the resident move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Creates and executes on-site and off-site events that strengthen community engagement
Maintains responsive and professional communication with residents, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Contributes innovative ideas to enhance resident retention and overall satisfaction.
Monitors and oversees in-unit housekeeping services to maintain quality standards.
Tracks and reports on resident engagement activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance resident experience and engagement.
Assists with on-site promotional events to showcase the property and encourage community involvement.
Supports leasing efforts by engaging with prospective residents and assisting with marketing initiatives.
Creates and shares relevant content on social media to highlight resident events and community culture.
Administrative
Manages daily administrative tasks related to resident communication, events, and property operations.
Oversees incoming and outgoing package management to ensure efficient handling.
Maintains accurate records of resident interactions, move-ins, and engagement activities.
Attend team meetings to provide updates on resident experience initiatives.
Ensures all communication and services align with brand standards and company policies.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience in a professional office and/or hospitality environment
Must be self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic
Strong verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company standards
Weekend and evening availability on an occasional basis
