This role is for professionals who

already

have existing relationships with plumbers, property managers, and insurance adjusters—and

can activate them immediately . We are not looking for someone to “learn the industry.” We are looking for a proven producer who is already the first call when a pipe bursts, a roof leaks, or a property takes on water.

We are a nationally backed restoration company with more than 150 locations. Our focus is aggressive growth across Houston, from The Woodlands through the Loop and into key commercial corridors.

You bring the relationships, we bring the capacity, support, and an uncapped compensation plan!

COMPENSATION: BASE + ACCELERATED COMMISSION

Base Salary: $48,000 ~ 55,000

Commission Structure:

5%

on the first 15 Jobs per month

6%

on Jobs 16–20 per month

7%

on Jobs 21+ per month

Quarterly True-up adjustments:

* If total quarterly jobs ≥ 60 jobs: Any jobs that were paid at 5% during the quarter above 45 jobs are retroactively bumped to 6%. * If total quarterly jobs ≥ 63 jobs: Any jobs paid at 6% during the quarter above 60 jobs are retroactively bumped to 7% * No Cap: High performers in this model should realistically earn $150K–$200K+ annually

EXPECTATIONS

Immediate Activation, Early traction:

You are expected to generate early traction by leveraging your existing book of business—not months down the road.

You're not "building" a network, you're activating one.

Established Network:

You must have an active, trusted relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers (residential and/or commercial), and insurance adjusters.

Territory

: Primary territory includes The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Cypress, Jersey Village, Humble and surrounding areas, other territories are also available. You are in the field—at job sites, offices, lunches, and industry events.

Responsiveness

: This role requires availability during active losses and time-sensitive situations to secure the job, and consistent field presence. You will be responsible to convert leads to jobs

Other responsibilities include managing social media posts, and other sales and marketing responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of boots-on-the-ground sales in restoration, construction, or a closely related industry

Existing Book of Business:

You can point to real referral partners who send you work today

Autonomy: Self-directed, disciplined, and accountable

Versatility: Comfortable on a job site at 6 AM and in a professional networking setting at 6 PM

CRM experience

Able to close and convert leads to jobs

Attention to details, Accountability

Must be local with an extensive network of referral sources
