We’re seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead our local sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about face-to-face networking, building strong referral partnerships, and driving territory growth. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and representing RestoPros of the National Capital Area in the field with professionalism and confidence. This is a highly visible, boots-on-the-ground role with major growth potential. Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Generate leads through proactive in-person cold calls, referrals, and local networking events. Territory Coverage: Spend the majority of your time making outside sales calls to build visibility and relationships in the community. Client Development: Build and manage strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. Pipeline Management: Track and report sales activity, lead status, and opportunities using CRM software. Strategic Outreach: Identify key accounts and maintain a “Top 25 Client” list, developing long-term relationships that yield recurring referrals. Present Solutions: Deliver impactful presentations and conversations to educate clients on the benefits of working with RestoPros. Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and territory developments to uncover new opportunities. Reputation Management: Provide best-in-class service to maintain RestoPros’ premium reputation and quickly resolve customer concerns. Qualifications

Proven track record in territory sales, field sales, or business development (3+ years preferred). Comfortable with in-person cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking-based business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others. Self-starter mindset with a passion for achieving results. Ability to manage a pipeline, meet revenue goals, and close deals. Tech-savvy and able to manage leads and client info through CRM systems. Industry experience or knowledge in restoration, construction, plumbing, or HVAC is a major plus. Existing referral relationships with insurance professionals or contractors is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background check.
