Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual French Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, experienced in CRM systems and SAP, and comfortable working in a structured, professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in order processing, and the ability to effectively manage follow‑ups and account verification.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in both

French and English

(written and verbal).

Follow up on customer emails and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Verify purchase orders (POs), account numbers, pricing, and order details.

Process and track customer orders using

CRM systems and SAP .

Ensure orders are entered correctly and processed efficiently.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve order or account discrepancies.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

Fluency in

French and English

(required).

Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional or corporate environment.

Hands‑on experience with

CRM systems

(e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).

Working knowledge of

SAP

for order processing and account management.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in order management or supply chain environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems beyond SAP.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
