Description The Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist is a highly capable, hands‑on marketing professional who drives execution across digital, content, events, and marketing operations. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to translate business goals into integrated marketing programs and polished, on‑brand deliverables.

Job Details This position requires strong project leadership, advanced content and visual execution skills, and comfort leveraging AI‑enabled tools to accelerate productivity and elevate quality. While this role does not include people management, it plays a key role in shaping marketing direction, standards, and execution.

Marketing Strategist Key Responsibilities Integrated Marketing & Project Leadership

Lead and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.

Serve as a strategic execution partner to Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership, translating needs into cohesive marketing programs.

Own project workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication across campaigns, launches, and initiatives.

Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and communications.

Content Creation & Visual Execution

Transform rough concepts, inputs, or strategic direction into polished, professional marketing assets.

Produce and refine a wide range of materials including:

Sales presentations and enablement tools

One‑pagers and product collateral

Social and digital graphics

Event signage and booth assets

Internal and external communications

Ensure all materials are visually compelling, brand‑aligned, and audience‑appropriate.

Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar platforms to execute high‑quality design work.

AI‑Enabled Marketing & Workflow Optimization

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to support:

Content drafting and refinement

Creative ideation and visual development

Research, messaging, and campaign planning

Workflow efficiency and productivity gains

Develop and refine AI‑assisted workflows that improve speed, consistency, and quality across marketing efforts.

Ensure AI‑generated content and visuals are accurate, on‑brand, and professionally polished.

Digital Marketing & Channel Support

Support website updates, UX improvements, and campaign landing pages.

Contribute to SEO/SEM efforts and digital campaign optimization.

Manage or support social media content calendars and posting across relevant platforms.

Support email marketing campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.

Assist with analytics, KPI tracking, and insight development to guide future marketing decisions.

Events, Field Marketing & Campaign Support

Support planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, customer events, and field marketing initiatives.

Coordinate logistics, booth design support, promotional materials, and lead capture.

Partner with Sales on pre‑ and post‑event promotion and follow‑up content.

Brand, Messaging & Consistency

Ensure all marketing outputs adhere to established brand guidelines, voice, and visual standards.

Help develop and maintain messaging frameworks across products, campaigns, and channels.

Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

Marketing Strategist Qualifications

5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience in integrated marketing, programs, content, or similar roles.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑channel marketing initiatives without direct supervision.

Strong experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, design, research, or workflows.

Demonstrated ability to turn incomplete or loosely defined ideas into cohesive, high‑quality marketing deliverables.

Advanced writing, editing, and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and modern marketing platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B, industrial, technical, or complex product environments.

Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital analytics.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Experience supporting field marketing, events, or customer‑facing initiatives.
