Mega Logistics
is a Florida-based trucking and freight brokerage company specializing in supporting the construction and cementitious industries, dedicated to moving goods efficiently and reliably across the country. With a growing team of industry professionals, we operate with a commitment to our core values —

Position Summary We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Executive to aggressively grow new shipper relationships and own the full execution cycle from prospecting to delivery.
This is a hunter role. The primary objective is revenue growth and gross margin generation. This individual will build their own book of business and manage it cradle-to-grave.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Negotiate rates and service expectations
Identify high-volume and high-margin lanes
2. Cradle-to-Grave Execution

Negotiate buy rates to protect margin
Track and manage loads from dispatch to delivery
Resolve service issues in real time
Own customer satisfaction and retention
Own gross margin performance on every load
Price freight strategically based on market conditions
Protect margin in spot and contract environments
Maintain clean billing and documentation
Performance Expectations
Minimum outbound call volume per day
Weekly new account targets
Monthly gross margin targets
Revenue growth month-over-month
This is a performance-driven environment. Compensation is directly tied to production.

Freight brokerage or logistics sales experience preferred
Proven ability to generate new revenue
Competitive, resilient, and self‑motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Financially disciplined and margin-focused
