
Business Development - Luxury Interiors

Ornare Houston is seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development executiev to expand our presence within Houston’s luxury residential design community.
Ornare is a globally recognized brand specializing in bespoke kitchens, closets, and custom interior systems, collaborating with leading architects, interior designers, and builders on high‑end residential projects.
This role is focused on relationship development, project pipeline generation, and strategic partnerships with Houston’s architecture and design community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and luxury home builders across the Houston market. Position Ornare as a preferred partner for high‑end residential projects. Conduct regular visits to design firms and architecture studios to introduce Ornare’s solutions and capabilities. Business Development
Identify and develop new opportunities within Houston’s luxury residential construction and renovation market. Generate a consistent pipeline of projects through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach. Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure Ornare is specified early in the design process. Project Origination
Source and develop opportunities for custom kitchens, closets, and interior systems. Coordinate with the Ornare showroom and design team to support project proposals and presentations. Track and manage opportunities from initial introduction through project award. Industry Engagement
Represent Ornare at design industry events, networking gatherings, and showroom presentations. Support the planning of designer events, educational sessions, and brand activations to strengthen relationships within the A&D community. Qualifications
5+ years experience in business development or sales within luxury interiors, architecture, design, or construction Strong network within Houston’s architecture and interior design (A&D) community Proven track record generating opportunities for high‑end residential projects Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized with strong pipeline and opportunity management abilities Preferred:
Experience working with luxury kitchens, cabinetry, millwork, or interior systems Knowledge of Houston’s luxury residential design and construction market Compensation
