Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Client Relations Manager based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with architects, interior designers, custom builders, and other trade professionals. The role entails providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, coordinating product samples, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and managing client accounts. Additionally, the Client Relations Manager will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service Ability to manage client interactions and handle multiple accounts efficiently Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with luxury goods, interior design, or related industries is a plus Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) software; experience with tools such as Salesforce is a plus Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office and remote responsibilities Flexibility to adapt and a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
