Ecommerce Fulfillment Lead

Tsunami & Bimini Bay of Folsom Corp is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Lead to join our team in Tampa, FL. As the fulfillment lead for Tsunami & Bimini Bay, you will report directly to the operations director. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of e-commerce order fulfillment, leading a professional team of employees, and communicating any order issues with the appropriate internal departments. In addition, this position leads the receiving operations for all incoming shipments for the building.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors utilizing ShipStation & Blue Cherry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order fulfillment issues
Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing clear direction, guidance, and support
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure adherence to company standards
Operate various digital programs to print shipping labels, edit orders and ensure timely delivery of product
Assist in developing SOPs for the Fulfillment Department so that all orders meet or exceed deadlines and are fulfilled to the appropriate standards

Work Skills and Qualifications
Shipstation Expert
Prior experience in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center
Prior experience with BlueCherry or similar ERP is preferred
1-2 years of experience working in a fulfillment/distribution center at the management level
Background in warehouse operations, and quality control
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
