Job Summary This role supports the Marketing Manager – Specialty in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition and strengthen physician and specialty service line visibility. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign coordination, project management, reporting, and day-to-day marketing execution across multiple specialty lines and channels

Job Responsibilities Integrated Campaign & Project Support

Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and traditional advertising

Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and creative requests

Track campaign tasks and status updates using project management tools (Asana preferred)

Support distribution of campaign assets across platforms

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with channel marketers (digital, email, design, content) to ensure campaign alignment and execution

Assist with gathering feedback, approvals, and final deliverables from internal stakeholders

Physician & Specialty Marketing Support

Assist with creating and updating marketing materials promoting physicians and specialty services

Help gather service line and physician information needed for marketing materials

Support coordination of specialty marketing needs for individual practices and clinics

Performance Tracking, Reporting & Research

Track campaign performance across channels and provide summary updates to the Marketing Manager

Assist with ROI tracking and reporting preparation

Support competitor research, trend tracking, and market insight summaries

Expense Tracking + Vendor Support

Assist with tracking invoices, media schedules, vendor deliverables, and proof of performance

Support vendor coordination by confirming deadlines, deliverables, and asset submission requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

0-2 years relevant work experience

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred

Familiarity with Asana (or similar project management platform)

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and healthcare marketing environments

Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads and pulling basic analytics/reporting metrics
