Role Overview The Video Content Producer is responsible for producing high‑quality video content that supports physician marketing, patient education, recruitment, and brand storytelling.
This role focuses on video production and post‑production, including physician welcome videos, patient testimonials, executive communications, and clinic marketing videos. The producer will travel across CLS Health locations to capture authentic content and deliver polished video assets for digital campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
The role may also capture drone footage of clinic locations and surrounding areas to support marketing campaigns and location pages.
Responsibilities Video Production & Post‑Production
Produce and edit physician welcome videos for newly onboarded providers across CLS Health locations
Capture and produce patient testimonial videos in a professional, compliant, and story‑driven format
Film and edit a recurring CEO video series for internal and external audiences
Support marketing initiatives with video coverage for events, campaigns, and promotional projects
Manage the full post‑production workflow, including:
Editing
Color grading
Audio balancing
Graphics and lower thirds
Captions and formatting for multiple platforms
Deliver finalized videos optimized for:
Website use
Social media
Internal communications
Digital advertising
Drone Video & Facility Footage
Capture aerial footage of CLS Health clinic locations and surrounding areas
Operate drone equipment safely and in compliance with
FAA Part 107
regulations
Produce edited aerial video and imagery suitable for marketing campaigns, location pages, and advertising materials
Collaboration & Asset Delivery
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute video projects
Maintain organized storage and delivery of video assets
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with CLS Health brand standards
Requirements Required
2+ years of video production experience or strong demonstrable portfolio
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Experience filming interviews and on‑location video content
Strong understanding of lighting, sound capture, and visual storytelling
Ability to travel across Greater Houston for filming
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct physicians and patients on camera
Preferred
FAA Part 107
Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience filming in healthcare, corporate, or professional environments
Familiarity with motion graphics, captions, or basic animation
Portfolio showcasing interview‑style and marketing video content
What Success Looks Like Within the first three months, you will produce physician welcome videos and begin contributing to CLS Health’s growing video library.
Within six months, you will help establish a consistent rhythm of physician videos, testimonial content, and executive communications that strengthen the CLS Health brand.
