Fivecast is seeking an
Events Marketing Manager
to support the execution of our field marketing and demand generation programs across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the
Field Marketing Lead , this role is responsible for delivering high-quality events and event-led programs that support pipeline creation, sales engagement, and brand presence in the Americas.
The Events Marketing Manager will play a critical hands‑on role in bringing the regional field marketing strategy to life through exceptional event execution, close sales collaboration, and disciplined follow‑up and reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B events marketer who thrives in execution, enjoys ownership of delivery, and is motivated by measurable outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our Arlington, Virginia office up to 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Event Execution:
Plan and deliver all aspects of Fivecast’s Americas events calendar, including industry conferences, sponsored events, partner events, and customer programs, in line with priorities set by the US Field Marketing Lead
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with US sales teams to support event targeting, account engagement, on‑the‑ground execution, and post‑event follow‑up
Event‑Led Demand Support:
Execute event‑led campaigns including webinars, roadshows, and ABM‑style programs that contribute to qualified pipeline
Partner Event Delivery:
Support joint events and activations with strategic partners, coordinating logistics, messaging, and execution
Performance & Reporting:
Track event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, leads, and opportunity influence, and provide insights to inform optimisation
Operational Excellence:
Manage vendors, logistics, timelines, and budgets at the event level to ensure seamless delivery
Brand & Comms Support:
Contribute to event‑related communications, content, and PR activity in collaboration with global marketing and comms teams
Global Support:
Assist with broader global marketing initiatives as required, including campaign execution, content rollout, and website updates
Requirements
4–6 years’ experience in events marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing within a B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience executing end‑to‑end B2B events, including high‑touch customer events and large‑scale industry conferences
Strong experience working alongside sales teams to support pipeline and account engagement
Disciplined and organised approach to event management, logistics, and timelines
Experience tracking and reporting on event performance and ROI
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar tools)
Additional Experience That’s a Plus
Experience in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies
Exposure to defence, government, intelligence, or regulated industries
Experience supporting ABM or account‑focused event programs
Content creation, digital marketing, or basic design capability
