Job Description Oversee and direct data analytics, SIOP, and revenue forecast processes for the Honeywell Aerospace Urbana site. You will gather and analyze site and cell‑based data to conduct and drive SIOP based actions and improvement initiatives. You will drive daily and weekly reports and meetings to ensure the site has an accurate revenue forecast model. This will include development and analysis of financial and delivery metrics as well as human and machine capacity modeling. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams and implementing best practices, you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement, fostering a culture that adapts and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform weekly data analytics

Drive all site SIOP activities

Lead daily execution meetings

Drive and execute new initiatives

Implement process optimizations/improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.

3+ years of SAP experience.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software including Microsoft Office, Access, and PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and global team environment.

Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
