Role Description SBP Homes is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the company’s owners. This role combines executive coordination and personal assistance, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will manage scheduling, communications, travel logistics, and day-to-day coordination while helping ensure priorities and commitments run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
Manage and prioritize email correspondence
Maintain a complex calendar including meetings, travel, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external meetings and calls
Prepare itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements
Serve as a point of contact for business partners and vendors
Personal Support
Coordinate personal appointments and schedules
Arrange travel logistics and reservations
Assist with errands, gifting, and personal coordination
Handle private matters with discretion and confidentiality
Administrative Coordination
Track tasks and priorities to ensure follow-through
Maintain organized records, contacts, and documents
Assist with research and light project coordination when needed
Qualifications
3+ years supporting senior executives or principals
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and calendar tools, and Zoom
