This person brings our story to life across the internet and into the world. From Instagram reels to event flyers, from email campaigns to CRM workflows—this is the heartbeat of how we connect with others.
Responsibilities
Managing and growing all social media platforms
Creating engaging content (photo, video)
Editing videos and producing reels, shorts, or TikToks
Running email campaigns that people actually open
Organizing and promoting event
Generating leads and building interest through organic and paid media
Managing the CRM and staying on top of audience segmentation and follow-ups
Staying up to date with changes in social media and platform trends
Collaborating with other team leads to align messaging and visuals

You’ll build a portfolio of results that actually matter—measurable reach, engagement, and social proof. 15-20 Hours Per Week
Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree‑seeking program at UNM, enrolled at least half‑time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
