Summary The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in compliance matters and can work effectively in a fast‑paced setting. This position involves leading and completing tasks across various compliance aspects to maintain adherence to legal standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare content for compliance‑specific training requirements.

Provide incident and emergency response support.

Conduct routine inspections and oversee waste disposal, including regulatory waste documentation.

Assess facilities for potential regulatory obligations.

Maintain inventory for compliance reporting purposes.

Prepare routine compliance monitoring reports.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand new processes and equipment that may impact compliance obligations.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in compliance assurance.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Ability to manage multiple tasks supporting compliance programs and services.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations within the compliance field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
