Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking a temporary PR & Events Coordinator to join their team! This is a 6 month contract position. Responsibilities:

Create relationships with key members of boutique and corporate divisions to ensure a deep understanding of the client. Serve as an important link between VIC clients and other key teams, such as client communications, client analytics, and events. Organize and execute private virtual and physical client experiences at the highest level of luxury. Assist in the curation of guest lists, contact information, and complex travel coordination. Manage full-circle logistics for event execution across both virtual and in-person events. Assist in the management and execution of strategic VIC gifting initiatives. Support the Client Engagement team with logistics related to events, gifting, and experiences for top clients. Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Event Coordination, PR Assistant or Client Associate experience Bachelor's Degree Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask on a variety of projects at once Ability to think creatively under pressure and problem solve Analytical mind and strong Power Point/Excel skills Track record of being timely and organized Please submit a resume for consideration.
