
Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting employee training and development initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and develop high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems
Support employer branding initiatives
B. Training & Development
Identify organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership
Design and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
Support the development and implementation of learning programs
Track and evaluate training effectiveness
Maintain training records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or training & development
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively coordinate with HQ and local teams.
