Position Summary
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits & compensation administration, policy implementation, employment law compliance, HRIS maintenance, records & file management. The role requires an innovative professional who communicates well across all organization levels, demonstrates commitment to accuracy, and designs scalable processes and controls for consistent data and outcomes.

Essential Functions
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi‑site organization.
Manage full‑cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR.
Track key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity.
Provide regular follow‑up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely recruitment process.
Actively participate in all staffing‑related activities and cross‑functional projects.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment and related recruitment/sourcing sites.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends to ensure compliance with recruitment guidelines.
Manage the full‑cycle employee performance review process.
Maintain up‑to‑date human resource records in HRIS related to all employment actions.
Ensure proper documentation, maintenance, security and retention of employment records and data in compliance with laws and company policy.
Provide tracking of department metrics and data analysis/reporting of HR programs for the Company.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in moderate to advanced‑level human resources. Preferred concentrations: human resources, employee compensation & benefits administration, or related.
Experience
4+ years of HR generalist or specialist experience
Applicable professional certification or licensure preferred (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
