Overview
We’re partnering with a dynamic organization in downtown Nashville that is seeking a contract
HR Specialist
to join their HR team. This role will focus on supporting employee data integrity, optimizing HR system workflows, and helping the team improve day-to-day processes during a period of transition and growth within UKG. Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions Run standard HR reports and assist with HR data requests Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems and teams Assist with documenting processes and improving HR workflows Provide HR systems support to employees and managers as needed Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and talent teams on cross-functional projects Qualifications
2–5 years of HR experience, including regular use of an HRIS platform Comfortable navigating and entering employee data in UKG Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with employee information Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with HR data Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Info
