Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to candidate placement.
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and recruitment progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Support recruitment initiatives and hiring campaigns across multiple platforms.
Position Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
