Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on servicing accounts in the construction and contractors sector, with a strong emphasis on surety and bonds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, wellness-focused work environment. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business focused on construction and contractor accounts.

Handle quoting for new and renewal business.

Provide expertise in surety and bonds for clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications / Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction and contractors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
