About the Role: As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all online sales inquiries, maximizing internet leads, and ensuring a top‑notch digital experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to turn leads into loyal buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all internet leads via CRM, phone, email, and text
Manage and optimize online inventory listings and lead sources
Track and report on internet sales performance metrics
Set and exceed monthly appointment and sales goals
Ensure excellent customer follow‑up and satisfaction
Coordinate with the BDC, sales managers, and digital marketing team
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in automotive internet or BDC sales
Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills
CRM experience (e.g., DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Elead, etc.)
Knowledge of digital lead generation and online marketing tools
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
