15+ years of overall IT experience with 5–8+ years as a Project Manager. Strong hands‑on experience managing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ preferred). Experience working with Model N (Revenue Management / Pricing solutions). Solid understanding of CRM systems, pricing, and revenue lifecycle management. Experience in system integrations (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools. Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
