Role Description Studio A

is looking for a talented and motivated

Architectural Designer .

This is a full-time position based in Louisville, KY.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with consultants and client’s representatives

Assist in production of construction documents

Assist in coordination with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project

Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients

Qualifications and Skills

Professional degree in Architecture

2+ years of related experience

Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
