A major enterprise organization is seeking a Principal Contract Manager to support a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation program involving multiple system integrators and strategic professional services partners.
This role is responsible for managing high-value, complex contracts throughout the lifecycle of a multi-year digital transformation initiative. The contracts are already in place—your focus will be ensuring they are executed effectively, commercially optimized, and aligned with program objectives.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant visibility across leadership, legal, and program teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic relationships with system integrators and professional services vendors
Oversee execution of complex contracts supporting a large enterprise transformation program
Lead contract renewals, amendments, and high-impact negotiations
Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and commercial terms
