An enterprise organization undergoing a major SAP-driven digital transformation is hiring an Expert Contract Manager to support supplier contracts tied to a large, multi-year enterprise implementation program.
This role focuses on day-to-day contract management and supplier performance oversight, ensuring agreements are executed effectively and deliver expected business value.
You will work closely with program leadership, legal teams, and vendors to ensure contracts remain aligned with program goals while managing renewals, amendments, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing relationships with system integrators and professional services partners
Track contract obligations, milestones, and deliverables
Lead contract renewals, amendments, and change orders
Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual commitments are met
Identify potential risks or compliance issues early
Support negotiations for scope changes and contract adjustments
Partner with program teams, legal, and procurement stakeholders
Maintain contract documentation and reporting
Qualifications Required
8+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or commercial management
Experience managing professional services or system integrator contracts
Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience supporting SAP or ERP implementation programs
Background in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated industries
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
Experience with SAP, Ariba, SRM, or similar contract platforms
