Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with commercial insurance clients, provide exceptional customer service, and handle all aspects of account management. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance needs, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Strong skills in Account Management and Insurance, with experience in managing commercial accounts Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships effectively Proven Sales experience, with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering tailored insurance solutions Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple accounts and ensure accuracy in documentation State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licensing within a designated timeframe Proficiency with relevant software tools and technology for account management and sales tracking Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
