
Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions & Staffing

As we expand, we are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive who can open new client relationships and grow both our technology services and staffing verticals.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships across: Custom Software Development Enterprise Application Development/Implementation (CRM, HRM, ERP, internal platforms) Digital Transformation & Cloud Solutions IT Staffing & Talent Augmentation Services This role focuses on client retention, account expansion, and service excellence, working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high client satisfaction and revenue growth within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, IT Leaders, HR, Procurement) Ensure successful delivery of ongoing projects and staffing engagements Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Manage contract renewals and extensions for staffing and project engagements Conduct regular client check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance reviews Collaborate with sales, technical, and recruitment teams to address client needs Monitor account performance, revenue, margins, and client satisfaction Resolve escalations proactively and ensure service excellence Maintain accurate account records and reporting in CRM systems Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B relationship management Experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing industries Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and staffing engagements Proven track record of growing existing accounts and meeting revenue targets Excellent relationship management and communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Experience working with enterprise clients
