The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships across:\nCustom Software Development\nEnterprise Application Development/Implementation (CRM, HRM, ERP, internal platforms)\nDigital Transformation & Cloud Solutions\nIT Staffing & Talent Augmentation Services\nThis role focuses on client retention, account expansion, and service excellence, working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high client satisfaction and revenue growth within existing accounts.\nKey Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, IT Leaders, HR, Procurement)\nEnsure successful delivery of ongoing projects and staffing engagements\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts\nManage contract renewals and extensions for staffing and project engagements\nConduct regular client check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance reviews\nCollaborate with sales, technical, and recruitment teams to address client needs\nMonitor account performance, revenue, margins, and client satisfaction\nResolve escalations proactively and ensure service excellence\nMaintain accurate account records and reporting in CRM systems\nRequired Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B relationship management\nExperience in IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing industries\nStrong understanding of enterprise delivery models and staffing engagements\nProven track record of growing existing accounts and meeting revenue targets\nExcellent relationship management and communication skills\nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities\nExperience working with enterprise clients
